New Patients

Our application allows new patients to book appointments directly through your website. It fully integrates with your practice management system, using available slots from your schedule template, and creating the new patient and their appointment directly in your system.

Existing Patients

Rooster Grin offers existing patient online scheduling where an existing patient can book, update or cancel an appointment via our web portal. Existing patient online scheduling typically reduces calls to the office as patients can manage their own appointments via our portal.

Hipaa-Compliant Forms

Health History Forms

Rooster Grin online HIPAA-compliant forms are fully customizable. Most offices send us their existing forms and we convert them to online forms. When a patient fills out a health history form, your practice is sent a secure email escrow containing a PDF of the health history form. This can be downloaded and uploaded to your practice management system or anywhere you need.

Since Rooster Grin integrates with many practice management systems, we combine the data from your practice management system with our VOIP system. The result is screenpop. When a call comes in from a patient in your practice management system, we display relevant patient information on a screen that pops up in our system.
